START YOUR DAY HEALTHY

The best way to lose weight and start your day is with fresh fruit.


If you are looking to get healthy and start your day with more energy  you should start by drinking 1 pint of cool still water. This wakes up all your organs by hydrating them with a healthy bath of freshness.  You should then follow this up with a small glass of freshly squeezed juice of your choice.  For weight loss diets you should look at maybe pineapple or blueberries. For the detox drinks you should mix lemon, lime and orange juice and the peels in a bottle of water. Leave it in the fridge to chilli and drink throughout the day. Remember to try to eat 5 times a day. I know that in some lifestyles and jobs it is hard. The reason for this is that you do not store food in your body for later. Only give your body what it needs and when it needs it.
