The best ceasar dresing recipe.

THE BEST CEASAR  DRESSING RECIPE.

4 EGG YOLKS
1 LITRE OF OIL
1 TABLE SPOON OF FRESH LEMON JUICE 
30G ANCHOVIES 
1 PIECE OF GARLIC 
1.5 TABLE SPOONS OF VINEGAR
3 TABLE SPOONS OF WORCHESTER SAUCE
2 TABLE SPOONS OF DIJON MUSTARD 


METHOD

ADD THE EGG YOLKS, VINEGAR AND LEMON JUICE IN A MIXING BOWL. WHISK ON MEDIUM SPEED ADDING THE OIL VERY SLOWLY DROP BY DROP. THIS WILL MAKE A MAYONNAISE. WHEN YOU HAVE ADDED ALL THE OIL DROP BY DROP. IN A SEPARATE HAND BLENDER, BLEND THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS TO A FINE PASTE. THEN ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS FOLD BOTH TOGETHER AND ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. 

NOW PUT IT IN THE FRIDGE TO COOL AND MARINATE. ONCE COOL YOU CAN ADD IT TO YOUR SALADS OR USE AS A DIP. I HOPE YOU ENJOY THIS RECIPE.

How to make hummus

Hummus was first traced back to Cairo in the ancient cookbooks. Hummus in the Egyptian language means footballer. It was found in northern Africa to the middle east and is now in cuisine around the world.

Here is the list of ingredients you will need to make.

- cooked chick peas ( 2 cups )
- garlic ( 2 cloves )
- salt to taste
- sesame seed paste ( half a cup )
- lemon juice  ( of 1 lemon )

METHOD.

It's so simple all you need to do is blend all the ingredients together apart from the salt. When you have a fine blend then add the salt to taste.


You make a well in the middle. Add some olive oil and decorate it and it's ready to eat.

HEALTH TIPS TO HELP YOU

 LOSS WEIGHT.


Here are a few tips to help you loss weight and keep it off. We all have to admit that we are all lazy and are quick to get in to our comfort zones. Dieting is not a fashion that comes and goes, it is something we all need to look at more so as a day to day routine. If we run around like headless chickens and eat everything out of a tin/ packet or a fast food restaurant, we are going to need more than a diet to help us. Dieting is hard to stick to if you are not 100% positive that you want change the way you look, you will fail.

I have some very helpful pointers below to help you along the way.


  • Don't forget to have breakfast.
  • Take small bite and eat slowly.
  • Workout at home or in a gym.
  • When working out don't rest for more than 30       seconds, keep burning them calories.
  • Avoid late night munching/snacking.
  • Eat at least 2 hours before going to sleep.
  • Increasing your strength increases your metabolism.
  • Eat 5 times a day, every 3 to 4 hours.
  • Sleep a least 7 to 8 hours every night.
  • Lack of sleep increases your appetite hormones.
  • Doing deep breathing exercises 2 to 3 times a day reduces stress which helps reduce your mid-body section.
  • Eat your greens!!! They help detox your body.
  • Only weigh yourself once a week and always on the same day.
  • Set a task and a deadline that is possible to achieve.
  • Take photo's of your journey. (before and after).
  • Always have 1 day a week that you can treat yourself, the same day every week. Don't over enjoy yourself, control it.
  • Make a schedule, weekly menus and snack ideas and most importantly a shopping list.
  • Do not go shopping when your hungry and always take and stick to the list.
  • Leave the fizzy soda drinks in the shop.
  • Eat more non-starchy vegetables and nut's and seed's.
  • Many people say that there is a rule that is hard to stick to. This is the no carb's after lunch rule.
  • Try to take a 10 minute walk after each meal to help burn them calorie's.
  • There is also something called the apple test!! It say's if you are hungry eat an apple, if you don't won't the apple your not hungry.
  • Most importantly stay positive.
